angus beef kabob

ingredients

  • 6-inch to 12-inch skewers (bamboo or metal)
  • 1 lb Dietz & Watson™ Angus Roast Beef, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 6 strips Dietz & Watson™ Bacon
  • 1 jar Dietz & Watson™ Horseradish
BBQ Sauce:
  • 2 oz barbecue sauce (Your favorite brand)
  • 4 tsp Dietz & Watson™ horseradish
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

  1. Make the Skewers: Make each kabob by wrapping the pieces of Dietz & Watson™ Angus Roast Beef with
  2. Dietz & Watson™ Bacon, overlapping the bacon and skewering the seam. Repeat with the other five skewers.
  3. Lightly salt and pepper each skewer, brush with a bit of horseradish and barbecue sauce.
  4. Heat grill to high heat and cook kabobs until warmed through and glazed with sauce.
  5. Baste with barbeque sauce again.
  6. BBQ Sauce: In a small bowl or glass, whisk together the barbeque sauce, honey, hot pepper sauce, red pepper flakes & horseradish.
