Bacon, Tomato & Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. Dietz & Watson Picante Provolone Cheese sliced
  • 1/4 lb. Dietz & Watson Peppadew NY State Cheddar Cheese sliced
  • 1/4 lb. Dietz & Watson Smoked Gouda Cheese sliced
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 bottle Dietz & Watson Sandwich Spread
  • 1/2 lb. Dietz & Watson Chicken Bacon
  • 1/2 lb. Dietz & Watson Gourmet Bacon
  • 2 slices Tomato

Directions

  1. 1 Cook bacon and chicken bacon as required
  2. 2 Start with 2 slices of sourdough bread. Squirt both pieces with the Sandwich Spread
  3. 3 Layer 2oz of the Provolone Cheese, 2oz Pepperdew Cheese and 2oz Smoked Gouda Cheese
  4. 4 Add 4 slices either Bacon or Chicken Bacon and 2 tomato slices per sandwich
  5. 5 Top with second slice of bread
  6. 6 Can be cooked on a griddle or in a Panini Machine. Just until the cheese starts to melt
  7. 7 Serve warm
