BBQ Chicken Salad
- 4 slices Dietz & Watson BBQ Chicken Breast, sliced thick
- 1/8 cup Dietz & Watson Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Dietz & Watson New York State Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3 cups Lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup Canned Corn Kernels, drained
- 1/4 cup Canned Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/8 cup Red Onion, diced
- 1/8 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/8 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/8 cup Tortilla Strips
- 1 Place lettuce in a large bowl.
- 2 Top with Dietz & Watson BBQ Chicken, tomato, corn, beans, onion, Dietz & Watson Monterey Jack Cheese, and Dietz & Watson New York State Cheddar Cheese.
- 3 Pour BBQ sauce and ranch dressing over salad.
- 4 Toss to combine.
