Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- 8 slices Multigrain Bread
- 16 slices Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast
- 8 slices Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese
- 4 tsps Dietz & Watson Chipotle Mayo
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Preheat pan to medium-high heat.
- 2 Coat the pan with olive oil spray.
- 3 Take 8 slices of bread and coat one side with Dietz & Watson Chipotle Mayo.
- 4 Layer 4 slices with Dietz & Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast and Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese and top with the other slice of bread.
- 5 Spray outside of each sandwich with oil.
- 6 Place in heated pan and grill until bread is toasted.
- 7 Flip sandwich and continue to grill until other slice of bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- 8 Serve hot.
