Chicken & Avocado Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Sandwich
  • 3 sliced 12 grain bread
  • 1/2 head Boston Lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sprouts
  • 3 slices Dietz & Watson Originals rBST Picante Provolone
  • 6 slices Dietz & Watson Originals Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
  • Hummus
  • 15 oz Garbanzo Beans, (drained & rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Dietz & Watson Sriracha Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water (If Needed)

Directions

  1. 1 Sandwich
  2. 2 Toast three slices of bread
  3. 3 Spread homemade hummus on one side of each slice of bread (directions for hummus below)
  4. 4 On bottom slice of bread, layer Provolone, Chicken Breast, sprouts and avocado
  5. 5 Top with second slice of bread, then layer Provolone, Chicken Breast, tomato and lettuce. Top with third slice of bread
  6. 6 Slice in half
  7. 7 Hummus
  8. 8 In blender, combine beans, olive oil, D&W Sriracha Mustard, lime juice and garlic, and been until smooth. If needed, add water one tablespoon at a time until hummus is at desired creaminess
  9. 9 Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
