cuban roasted pork crostini

ingredients

  • 1 fresh baguette (16 slices)
  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese, sliced into 1 inch strips
  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson Cuban Roast Pork, sliced into 1 inch strips
  • 1 tbsp Dietz & Watson Stone Ground Mustard
  • 8 fresh Dietz & Watson dill pickles sliced in quarters or halves
  • Olive oil cooking spray

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Using a serrated knife cut baguette into slices
  3. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and place on baking sheets
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown
  5. Remove from oven and let cool
  6. Coat each crostini with Dietz & Watson™ Stone Ground Mustard
  7. Place 2 strips of Dietz & Watson™ Cuban Roast Pork and 1 slice of Dietz & Watson™ Swiss Cheese on top of crostini and top with a few slices of dill pickles
