Cuban Roasted Pork Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh baguette (16 slices)
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson™ Swiss Cheese, sliced into 1 inch strips
  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson™ Cuban Roast Pork, sliced into 1 inch strips
  • 1 tbsp Dietz & Watson™ Stone Ground Mustard
  • 8 fresh Dietz & Watson™ dill pickles sliced in quarters or halves

Directions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. 2 Using a serrated knife cut baguette into slices
  3. 3 Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and place on baking sheets
  4. 4 Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown
  5. 5 Remove from oven and let cool
  6. 6 Coat each crostini with Dietz & Watson™ Stone Ground Mustard
  7. 7 Place 2 strips of roast pork and 1 slice of swiss cheese on top of crostini and top with a few slices of dill pickles
