Ingredients

  • 2 POUNDS Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese
  • 2 
CUPS Cream
  • 2 TBSP Hatch Chiles
  • 2 TBSP Diced Jalapeños
  • 1/4 TSP Black Pepper
  • 1 PINCH Salt
  • 1 PINCH Cumin

Directions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. 2 In a sauce pan on low heat, add cream and add thin slices of cheese. Stir cheese mixture until melted.
  3. 3 Add Hatch Chiles and jalapenos to cheesy mixture.
  4. 4 Add a pepper, salt, and cumin, stir until well blended.
  5. 5 Pour queso in your preferred dish and bake for ten minutes. Serve with tortillas.
