Ingredients

  • 1lb Dietz & Watson™ Gourmet Lite Breast of Turkey sliced at the deli then rolled and sliced into 1 inch sections
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 3 cups baby greens
  • 3 Tbsp walnut pieces-plain or honey roasted (optional)
  • - Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp {dw} Honey Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp finely minced shallot
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt (optional)
  • - Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1 Place washed and spun greens in a bowl
  2. 2 Top with turkey and seedless grapes and apple
  3. 3 Sprinkle on lemon juice, scallions, and walnuts (optional)
  4. 4 For Honey Mustard Dressing: Whisk together vinegar, mustard and shallots, then whisk in oil and add salt and pepper.
