prosciutto crostini

ingredients

  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson Prosciutto, each cut in half
  • 6 oz soft goat cheese
  • 4 tbsp fig jam
  • 16 small fresh basil leave
  • 1 fresh baguette (16 slices)
  • Olive oil cooking spray

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Using a serrated knife cut baguette into slices
  3. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and place on baking sheets
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown
  5. Spread some goat cheese on each crostini
  6. Spread some fig jam on top of the goat cheese
  7. Fold the half slices of Dietz & Watson™ Prosciutto and place on top of each crostini
  8. Lay fresh basil leaf on each and serve.
