- 4 Dietz & Watson Beef Franks
- 4-6 SLICES Dietz & Watson Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 5 TBSP Dietz & Watson Sriracha Aioli
- 1 CUP Dietz & Watson Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 4 Split-top buns of choice
- 2 STALKS Celery, rinsed and minced
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Lay bacon flat on a baking sheet and cook until desired crispiness. Allow bacon to cool; crumble in a medium bowl.
- 2 Rinse celery, cutting off ends. Sliver and set aside.
- 3 In a large skillet, cook hot dogs until golden brown.
- 4 Place hot dogs in a bun, top with celery, blue cheese, Sriracha aioli, and bacon.
