Ingredients

  • 3 OZ Dietz & Watson Originals Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 CUP quinoa, cooked
  • 1/4 CUP spinach
  • 3 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TBSP balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1 pinch Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1 Mix quinoa, spinach and tomatoes in a bowl
  2. 2 Top avocados with quinoa and vegetable mixture
  3. 3 Top with turkey
  4. 4 Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette
  5. 5 Add salt and pepper to taste
