London Broil Roast Beef Salad
- 2 Small Heads of Boston Lettuce, torn into pieces
- 8 slices Dietz & Watson™ London Broil Roast Beef, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1 cup Dietz & Watson™ Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 Large tomato, cut into think wedges
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Dietz & Watson™ Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 Divide the lettuce, tomato and onion into 4 bowls.
- 2 In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, 2 teaspoons of Dietz & Watson™ Dijon Mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper.
- 3 Drizzle over the salad.
- 4 Top with Dietz & Watson™ London Broil Roast Beef strips and Dietz & Watson™ Crumbled blue cheese.
