The Flavorbomb Dog
The name of the recipe says it all. Dietz & Watson Gourmet Bacon, avocado, Dietz & Watson Monterey Jack Cheese and Dietz & Watson Sriracha Aioli all topped on a Dietz & Watson Deli Beef Frank.
- 4 Dietz & Watson Beef Franks
- 4 SLICES Dietz & Watson Bacon
- 6-8 SLICES Dietz & Watson Monterey Jack Cheese
- 4 TBSP Dietz & Watson Sriracha Aioli
- 4 Split-top to dog buns
- 1 RIPE Avocado, sliced thinly
- 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2 Wrap the hot dogs with bacon and bake in the oven until bacon has crisped.
- 3 Layer cheese in the hot dog buns and bake until lightly melted. Set aside.
- 4 Slice avocado thinly and layer in the hot dog bun.
- 5 Place cooked hot dogs into the bun and drizzle Dietz & Watson's Sriracha Aioli.
