The Rocket Dog
The “Rocket Dog” brings the crisp flavors of fresh arugula paired with Dietz & Watson Organic Stone Ground Mustard & Hickory Smoked Bacon loaded on our New York Style Natural Casing Beef Frank atop a perfectly toasted whole wheat bun.
- 4 Dietz & Watson Beef Franks
- 6-8 SLICES Dietz & Watson Bacon, crumbled
- 3 TBSP Dietz & Watson Stone Ground Mustard
- 2 CUPS Arugula
- 4 Split-top to dog buns
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 Preheat grill to low heat. Cook hot dogs until golden brown.
- 3 Lay out bacon on a baking sheet and cook until desired crispiness. Crumble bacon and set aside.
- 4 Lay hot dogs in each bun and top with arugula, mustard and bacon.
